The form of this glass teapot is quite intricate, lucid, and almost ephemeral. The lucidity of the glass inspires us to look at the light from a different angle. The light is essentially the artist. It reflects from the teapot and displays a mere contour, a shell of what’s there. In a way, it looks similar to an underwater creature from the deep abyss. The teapot is the shell of the tea, the container, the home. Similar to sea shells, it can be empty or inhabited by a wonderful being.
